Once your agreement is completed, Schrocks builds and delivers your building. You make monthly rental payments while using it, and ownership transfers to you after completing the required payments under your agreement.

Schrocks offers free building delivery within 70 miles of our lot in Clayton, Illinois. Delivery includes placing and leveling the building; you pay only for the concrete blocks we use. If you’re outside the free delivery area, we can provide a delivery quote.
