What we collect
When you ask for pricing or contact us through a form on this site, we collect the details you type: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the building style and size you are interested in, what it is for, when you need it, any message, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
With your request we also receive the page you were on and which button you used. If you arrived from an advertisement, we receive the campaign details in the link (such as the campaign name or click ID), so we can tell which advertising leads to requests.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your request, send you pricing and follow up about your building by phone or email. We use the advertising details to measure and improve our advertising. We send you marketing text messages only if you tick the box on our form (see Text messages below). We do not sell your information.
Text messages
If you tick the box on one of our forms, you agree to receive marketing and promotional text messages from Schrocks Storage Buildings, such as special offers, discounts and new product updates, at the phone number you gave. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything from us. We may still call, text or email you about a request you sent us.
We do not share your mobile phone number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Who receives it
We share your information only with the services that help us run the business:
- Our customer records system (GoHighLevel), where your request is stored so we can contact you.
- Our website agency (Co-Creative), whose lead-delivery service passes your request from this website to our records system.
- Our website host (Cloudflare), which serves this website.
- Google Tag Manager and the analytics and advertising tags we run through it, when they are switched on, which record how visitors use the site and which advertisements lead to requests.
- NewFound Rentals, only if you choose to apply for rent-to-own. You apply on their website and their privacy policy applies to what you give them.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
Cookies
The advertising and analytics tags described above may set cookies in your browser. The site itself stores the advertising details from your visit in your browser for that visit so they can be sent with your request. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your request in our customer records system so we can help you and keep a record of your order. Ask us and we will delete it.
